We recognize that technology is rapidly changing the way architectural and design services are delivered, and how it can improve collaboration between the owner, design, and construction teams. To promote this integration, our professional services are rendered using Autodesk Revit, which has the capacity to provide Building Information Modeling (BIM), a model-based technology linked with a database of project information (source: AIA). Using BIM improves visualization, productivity, and coordination among the project team members.
mayers Memorial Hospital
The Mayers Memorial Hospital expansion provides for critical hospital services to be delivered in a setting aligned with current patient and caregiver needs. Equally important, the project replaces a significant portion of the hospital services to meet current seismic standards for California hospitals.
In addition to creating a new Emergency Department, Diagnostic Imaging, and Laboratory Services, the facility establishes a new entrance and central registration services for the hospital. The large open Lobby includes easy access to Registration and ED Waiting with a beautiful view of Mount Shasta and the Fall River Valley.
The expansion provides a design aesthetic for future hospital buildings on the site and will serve as a central hub for for the addition of future acute care and outpatient services.
