TOiYABE Indian Health Project, bishop campus

Toiyabe Indian Health Project is a Native American owned comprehensive health facility serving the native and non-native community of the Eastern Sierra.  The facility provides full spectrum health and wellness services including primary care, dental, optometry, pharmacy, and laboratory services as well as preventive medicine, behavioral health, an elders program, women’s and children’s health, and wellness.

The Toiyabe Indian Health Project is notable for the comprehensive breadth of health and wellness services provided.  Two buildings, one serving traditional clinical needs and the other serving behavioral health and wellness, are united by a central circulation and waiting space specifically designed for focused views of the White Mountains and future healing gardens.
